Matt Lightner is the President of Lightner Electronics in Claysburg, PA and is also the owner of Lightner Communications which oversees the following stations: WBRX-FM/WBXQ-FM/WKMC-AM/WRTA-AM/WTRN-AM/WYUP-AM.

Matt is also an Engineering Consultant and the Chairman of the PA Emergency Alert System.
