ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT - WQED; Pittsburgh, PA; This administrative position is responsible for handling all administrative duties of the Finance office.  It will also help in completing basic analysis and simple job functions of the Finance office when needed by the staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Sort the mail and prepare daily deposits.  Open mail and distribute to appropriate people or departments. Type all correspondence for the department. Handle the filing and shredding needed in the department. Answer the phone and give support to the Chief Financial Officer as requested. INTERNSHIPS - Entercom Wilkes-Barre/Scranton offers an opportunity for students to apply classroom theory to practical work experience. Our internship program allows students to experience firsthand the reality of working in the radio broadcasting industry. Interns can test their creative talent, exercise their analytical skills and increase their understanding of broadcasting operations and trends.
