Providing quantitative and/or qualitative research to sales, news, programming, accounting and creative services departments involving Marshall Marketing ascertainment, presentations and survey design, as well as Nielsen overnights, weekly, monthly, sweeps, book-to-book, and year-to-year tracking reports. Producing Sales presentations, promotional pieces and "one-sheets":  (NSI Sweeps sheets, sports/specials estimates or actuals, County-by-County estimates, etc.). Installation, management, training, and maintenance of various broadcast-related software (One Domain - maintenance of programming, rate changes and estimates for all program areas; TNS Media Intelligence, Marshall Marketing, the Media Audit, MSOffice Suite, etc.).
